Story update

Yes, that's the biggest news I have at the moment. I've updated my Inuyasha/VChronicles crossover story with chapter 19. I know, it's been FOREVER since I posted chapter 18. :faint: You have no idea how hard it is for me to write nowadays.

SO. HARD.

Anyway, been drawing a fair amount. Never enough, of course. Also been reading lots (of manga). Fullmetal Alchemist is very exciting right now, as is D. Gray-Man. Lots going down! And the second season of Darker than Black is AWESOME. I'm loving it.

I never know what to say with these journal entries. The main reason for writing today is for the story update, so dig out your old bookmarks or old PM notes with the link to the story if you feel like taking it up again. (totes don't blame anyone for not wanting to read it anymore because it's been too long)

Anyway, toodles!

Dirty Dogs 3 has begun...

For those of you who have been reading my Dirty Dogs comics, I've started posting Dirty Dogs #3 on y!Gallery, PaperDemon and Livejournal. It's going to be longer than the other chapters, but that's mainly because there is a longer build-up at the beginning of the chapter. I've currently got the first 5 pages uploaded, and I'll add them as I finish.

PaperDemon is the recommended site on which to read the comic. So hopefully those of you who've already asked me for the link still have it saved! And don't ask me for the link unless you can truthfully tell me that you are 18+.

In other news... there is no other news. I've been very busy and I've been relatively quiet online. I'm still around though. Been drawing more adult artwork than anything else, so I haven't been uploading much here as a result. Been hanging around Livejournal way more than here, but I do check in every day. I hope you're all doing well! Cheerio! :bye:

I'm still around!

Hey guys!

I LIVE!! :evillaugh: I'm around, I've just been having a very quiet summer art-wise, and the stuff I've been doing hasn't really been suitable for deviantART so I haven't been submitting here. I took some commissions over at y!Gallery, and I mostly write my life updates in my LiveJournal.

I went to Fan Expo this weekend. I dressed up on Sunday, met Leonard Nimoy, bought lots of stuff and popped a few of my RL friends' first-time convention cherries. Now my feet hurt. It was a good weekend. And now I've got a couple of extra days off of work for some reason, but it means I can recuperate.

I've started work on Dirty Dogs #3. If you haven't noticed, I've taken the comic off of deviantART. I was getting far too many underagers begging me (truly begging) for the link, and I was really sick of it. So no more! It was only partially up here anyway. That's what happens! So basically, those of you who already have the link to the comic should keep it because it will be updated this fall.

I suggest that you all start reading D. Gray-Man, because it's great. Also Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji on OneManga.com). You will be seeing more of that sort of stuff from me when I start submitting again.

Another one bites the dust

Well, another Anime North has ended! I had a great time next to =pyrogina in the Comic Market (Artist Alley). I got some funny looks because of my fun fur covered XXX viewing booth (hey, it kept the youngsters' eyes at bay! Successful adult viewing booth was successful!)

It was really fun meeting people who had seen and/or faved my work on deviantART, and it was awesome to see the work of so many great artists! Great job, guys!

I got a few commissions while I was sitting at my table, and I do believe that I'll be able to upload 3 out of the 4 here, so hooray for that! The only sad thing about the con was that I ripped one of my fingernails, so now it's difficult for me to type. Booo! Bandage! Wah!

I'd love to do it again next year, but we'll see! The competition for tables is rabid! :fear:

Anime North in less than two weeks!

I'm not freaking out yet. Really. ;P

I have a few pictures that I'd ideally like to finish, but heyyyy I'm only human, and I have a day job.

Anyway, we've received our table assignments for the convention. I'm at table #A02, and =pyrogina is right next to me at table #A03! Wooo! Check us out! :strip:

Anime North is a relatively large anime convention that's held in the north end of Toronto by the airport. This year it's running from May 22 to 24, and I'll have my prints and also some originals for sale in the Comic Market (aka the Artist Alley).

Here's the convention website: [link]

I've been watching some new animes lately. 'Kuroshitsuji' (aka Black Butler) was fun. I'm currently watching 'Macross Frontier' with the boy, and the main character looks just like Kanda from D. Gray-Man. :eyes: Other than that, I saw Star Trek and Wolverine. Lots of fanservice in both movies, but one was vastly better than the other. Can you guess which one?

I'm going to a lot of concerts this summer! Hooray! I might tell you which ones if you're interested to know. Byeeeeee!
